Payment & Terms Acknowledgement

Payment is due upon delivery of completed media and no later than seven (7) calendar days after it is made available. Download access is released after payment.

By placing this order, you authorize Wendell & Anthony Media to charge the payment method on file for any unpaid balance after the seven-day payment period, including approved service adjustments, applicable taxes, cancellation or rescheduling fees, and licensing fees.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $95 cancellation/rescheduling fee. A $125 on-site fee may apply if the photographer arrives but cannot complete the appointment due to cancellation, lack of access, property readiness, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances within the client's control.

Wendell & Anthony Media retains copyright ownership of all media produced. Upon full payment, the purchasing client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for approved use of the media.
